Disney Movie Rewards is a loyalty scheme operated by Disney under its Buena Vista Home Entertainment Company which releases DVDs of Disney-Branded movies.
Its a great idea and Disney Rewards started in 2006.
To get points for the Disney Movie Rewards you simply have to mail in ticket stubs when you purchase their DVDs.
You can exchange the Points you get for all kinds of Disney Merchandise like Books,Collectables and games.
The number of points you receive vary but usually you will get 100 points for a theatrical dvd release and 75 points for a Disney Channel DVD.
Be sure to sign up for the Disney Movie Rewards before you purchase any of their DVDs .

Disney Movie Rewards is only open to residents of the USA and Canada.
Mickey Mouse and the lovely Minnie Mouse starred {first | early on |in their first movie together in the cartoon Plane Crazy, was first shown on May 15, 1928. The film was co-directed by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks.Ub Iwerks was also thefirst animator for this short, and reportedly spent six weeks working on it. In fact, Iwerks was the first Cartoonist for Each Walt Disney short released in 1928 and 1929. Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising also assisted Walt Disney in the early years. They had already signed their contracts with Charles Mintz, but he was still in the process of forming his new studio and so for the time being they were still working for and employed by Disney. This short would be the final movie they animated under this somewhat awkward situation.
