I am starting a new business where I will be selling items that have a brand name already whether it's just the picture of characters (i.e. picture of Mickey Mouse) or a full logo like Disney or Nickelodeon. How can I sell these legally? Do I need permission from Disney (or whatever company)? Or can I just put a disclaimer that I'm not claiming to own these logos? If I do need to register or get permission how do I do that?
